Auxiliary Stopping Area Layout Method for High-Speed Maglev Operated Bidirectionally on Single Track

چکیده

Auxiliary stopping area (ASA) is the necessary emergency facility for train safety of normal high-speed maglev. The study addresses ASA layout problem maglev operated bidirectionally on single track. First, an optimization model unidirectional double-track lines considering safety, operation efficiency, and construction cost established, two basic methods are investigated based distance demand characteristic ASAs. Then, bidirectional single-track analyzed, two-way coordination algorithm (ASA-TWCLA) proposed. Finally, a numerical experiment carried out. results suggest that under premise compared with using separately directions, adopting ASA-TWCLA can obtain more economical scheme same scenario.

Dynamic response analysis of single-span guideway caused by high speed maglev train

High speed maglev is one of the most important reformations in the ground transportation systems because of its no physical contact nature. This paper intends to study the dynamic response of the single-span guideway induced by moving maglev train. The dynamic model of the maglev train-guideway system is established. In this model, a maglev train consists of three vehicles and each vehicle is r...

Track geometry for high-speed railways

The present work consists of two main parts. The first part (Chapter 2 and 3) deals with a literature survey where a short introduction is given for track geometry and track/vehicle interaction. After the introduction, a survey over the present standard in Europe and Japan is made. In particular the recent proposals for a common European Standard (CEN) and TSI (Technical Specification for Inter...

Slab Track Design for High-speed

If the low-maintenance characteristics of slab track on open line are to be retained, great care must be taken to ensure that the subgrade layers are homogenous and capable of bearing the loads imposed [2]. The slabs can be precast or poured on site. The most known tracks with precast slabs are Shinkansen line in Japan and Max Bögl slab track designed in Germany [2], while as examples of the tr...

Developments in High-speed Track Design

Presently high-speed tracks are built on a large scale. Although ballasted tracks are still popular, more and more slab tracks are constructed. They have some significant advantages such as low maintenance, high availability, low structure height, and low weight. The main emphasis of this paper is on the application of non-ballasted concepts for high-speed operation. Special attention is given ...
